Hi, my Pepere was Ernest Raymond, he was in the 733rd Battery A from 1943-1946, he is the soldier standing in the picture of forward observers training from the family of Ivo Schommer and is also in 2 of the pictures of A Battery gun crew from Elmore Willets. He passed in Dec 2005 at 83 years old in Biddeford, Maine. My uncle has his long photo of the whole A Battery at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. I have a photo of my Pepere with a good friend of his who was a French soldier, they kept in touch for quite a few years after the war, also a picture of the house he lived in after the war was over I think in Germany, i’ll have to dig it out to check. Does anybody have the A Battery photo, my uncle is not always reliable to get things done like making a copy of the original picture and also lives a ways from me so not easy to find the time to get too. If anybody has any information or more pictures I hope they will be added, i’ll add mine after I dig them out. thanks
